This July Shearn’s Seafood and Prime Steaks will be featuring some tasty specials. Our Spicy and Tangy Tomato & Seafood Soup with Cilantro Pesto is savory and rich. This soup can be paired with the Watermelon & Baby Kale Salad with Feta Cheese & Mint Vinaigrette. Talk about Fresh and invigorating!  For our seafood lovers we have a Sauteed Shrimp with Texas Sweet Corn Spoon Bread topped with Sweet Pepper Coulis and Lobster Cream. Looking to indulge in a little?  Then try our Slow Smoked Texas Red Waddle Pork Tomahawk Chop with Roasted Carrot Puree with Summer Root Vegetables and Blood Orange Gastrique. Don’t forget dressy attire is required no jeans, shorts, swimwear, cutoffs, tank tops or hats allowed in the dining area.

In addition to these spring features Shearn’s is still offering their Tails and Tenderloins on Tuesdays and Wine Down Wednesdays. This means… every Tuesday you can enjoy the decadent pairing of filet mignon and lobster tail. Our chef has a fresh take on creating the perfect combination of seafood and meat.
